The London Bus

It has been a couple of intense weeks with multiple projects in the works. I have to admit that I am looking forward to a holiday slow down and my usual year-end photographic self-confession. It is going to be fun, especially this year.

This December I will be shooting with a brand new XF 80mm f/2.8 lens (thank you Fujifilm Canada). Usually I don’t operate in this focal length but given my R-A-I-N project I have certain imagery in mind that would benefit from this tool. Also, I will be trying a new X-E3 camera, mostly to debate with myself the usefulness (or not) of a touch screen.

On another subject, it is great to welcome so many new subscribers to our Simplicity-In-Seeing platform. Starting in December, we will be having regular video-conference calls allowing us to share and discuss our imagery. I’m really looking forward to this new learning experience.

Finally, two spots have opened up for my London Creative Street Photography Workshop this March – just saying, but don’t blame me if you find them gone 🙂

For today, I would like to share with you a mini-essay “The London Bus” taken in London with the X100F.
